- 1 screened-in front porch
- 4 bedrooms: 1 master king, 1 full, 2 twins (clean linens and blankets provided)
- 1 loft where kids often like to sleep (5 mattresses provided)
- 2 full bathrooms (one tub/shower, one shower)
- 1 washer and dryer
- 1 refrigerator and freezer
- 1 dishwasher
- 1 oven and stove
- 1 microwave
- 1 television and DVD player
Outdoor Amenities
- 1 private sand beach
- 1 supply shed complete with tools, toys, and games
- 1 fireplace
- 1 grill
- 2 docks (one walkout, one floating)
